– 50 Dual DB push-jerk (rx: 45/30; 35/25) (aTT home: 1-arm if needed, barbell @ 95/63, or weighted back-pack)
– 600m Run (750m Row/1.5k bike)
– 20 box plank to pike walk ups
– 600m run
– 50 total alt. slam ball squat cleans (aTT home: 1-arm alt. DB squat clean; backpack squat clean; jumping air squats)
(Rx: 70/50; 40/30 –> clean the ball to shoulder and squat)
– 600m run

600 m run: to TD bank sign –> back to garage door –> around the white building –> back to garage door

C. 4 sets:
– :30 sec active pull-up hang (aTT home: hollow rock hold OR 8x dumbbell pull-over)
– 8/arm bent over 1-arm DB row @ 2111.
– :15 sec hands over-head plank
– :60 sec rest
